My Approach

Lindsey Petrick, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hi, I'm Lindsey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in women's mental health, perinatal mental health, and trauma recovery.

I specialize in women’s mental health, with a focus on complex PTSD and trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, relationship and identity concerns, and perinatal mental health. I support women navigating the impact of past experiences, complex relationships, major life transitions, reproductive and maternal mental health concerns, and the emotional impact of chronic or complex medical conditions.

Many of the women I work with have spent years caring for others while quietly carrying anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, unresolved trauma, or patterns rooted in earlier relationships and experiences. I believe our emotional well-being is deeply connected to our experiences, relationships, nervous system, and physical health—and that meaningful healing begins with understanding what lies beneath the symptoms.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic-based interventions, attachment-focused work, and other evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to address underlying experiences and patterns—not simply manage symptoms.

Whether you are healing from complex trauma, navigating a significant life transition, adjusting to motherhood, or working to reconnect with yourself, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in who you are. You don’t have to carry everything on your own. Therapy can be a space to heal old wounds, rediscover yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change.

About Me

Kayla Ealy, Licensed Masters Social Worker

Hi, I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover their own capacity for growth and healing. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, panic disorders, complex trauma, PTSD, and mood disorders, offering both support and practical tools to help you move forward.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a powerful approach for processing past experiences that may still be impacting your life today. Whether you’re dealing with overwhelming emotions, feeling stuck in certain patterns, or wanting to better understand yourself, I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals.

My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that you already hold the wisdom and strength needed for meaningful change. Together, we’ll work in a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to create lasting positive shifts in your life.

About Me

Eric Klobetanz, Licensed Professional Counselor

I work with individuals navigating stress, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, and other challenges that make it hard to be the way you'd like to. I see both people and their difficulties as complex, rarely reducible to simple explanations or quick fixes. I approach that complexity with curiosity and sincerity, and we work together in depth to help you recognize strengths and opportunities for change in a meaningful way.

My goal is straightforward: for you to no longer need to work with me. Successful therapy means you better understand and know your own mind, and have your own answers to the issues you brought in. It means psychological change has occurred - if you're the same person facing the same problems in the same ways, the work isn't finished. What I hope for is a therapeutic relationship that feels meaningful and helpful while we're in it, and that you're ready to end when the work is done.
